As a real estate investor in Central Ohio, we look to buy homes in select markets that we have other rentals. As a landlord, we rent homes to good, long term tenants who are able to show a history of employment and have a good rental history. We do not rent to tenants with any history of rental issues. As of September 1, 2020 we are no longer able to accept new Section 8 tenants. We look for our tenants to be good neighbors and help make our neighborhoods better.
