If you are interested in renting one of our homes, please complete below documents in full and submit them to us by email, fax or text. There is no application fee.  Please send with these documents a copy of your photo ID for anyone 18 years or older, your last two pay stubs and last two months bank statements showing current proof of funds equal to 3x rent to cover payment of the security deposit, first and last months rent. If you receive any additional income, such as SSI, disability, etc., please include that documentation.  Please complete all 3 pages of application in full.  Sign Reasons for Refusing and Applicant and last page of Rental Application.
